will this motherboard work with my parts

Why go for such an old platform? Anyway, the CPU and motherboard are compatible, but finding a cooler will be a pain. That motherboard does kind of sketch me out with it's lack of branding or information...

you should probably research the board some more to see if the motherboard will support that CPU out of the box. even if it does have the same LGA socket it may still need to have the BIOS updated to work with that xenon CPU
