Will this motherboard work with these components?

I'm honestly pretty clueless when it comes to building computers, and I'm working on upgrading my own computer for the first time. Rather than spend my money before I know if these are even compatible, I figured I'd ask first.

The only thing I'm really sure about is my PSU.

EDIT: Btw, those parts will work together, but you'll be wasting $80+ on the CPU, ~$100 on the GPU, and ~$15 on the RAM for no reason at all. And that is not the motherboard I'd get.

Yes they should work together. I'd look for a AM3+ mobo compatible with AM3 to provide an upgrade route, but if tha is your choice then it is fine.
