Question Will this Motherboard work with this CPU? *Help*

You can see what motherboard combo worked with an X3440 in this video.

Here is an Intel P55 board on eBay that supports the X3440. Unfortunately, it only has a 4 pin CPU power plug and no passive VRM cooling, so I would not expect great overclocking stability on this board.

I wouldn't really spend much money in that old platform, but that mobo should work.

I need a ATX board though becuase I have ATX Case.

Finding ATX H55 or P55 boards with Xeon 3440 support seems nearly impossible.
In the description of your case, it says
  • Motherboards Micro-ATX / ATX
Your motherboard can fit M-ATX boards like the board listed above. You may have to move some motherboard standoffs around, but it will work.

I found the same Motherboard he used in that video "Gigabyte GA-H55M-S2H Socket 1156" for 40pounds, so hopefully that should be a good combo with the Xeon X3440, however I was looking for a P55 board as I heard that they were the best at OC

This motherboard doesn't say it supports the 3440, however, it supports other similar Xeons and it clearly worked with the X3440 in that video.
Overclocking isn't guaranteed with any older hardware. You could have any board (h55 or p55) that hasn't aged well and can no longer overclock very well.
