Will this motherboard work

I know nearly nothing on motherboards and ram so I was wondering if I could get some help picking some out.

Specs:
CPU: I7 4790k
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 970


Motherboard I'm looking at:

You should be able to run that combo , they are compatible.

It's a cheap board but the memory is good. I would not plan on doing any heavy overclocking with it. They should both be compatible with your other parts.
