No.
PCIe 3.0 x2 is "slower" than PCIe 3.0 x4.
Theoretically, 1/2.

But....what will this be used for?
Unlikely you would see any real difference, and NO need to change a bunch of parts just to meet the full speed (PCIe 3.0 x4) of the 970 EVO Plus.
Per the manual for the motherboard, here, it states that the M.2 will operate at PCIe x2 meaning it's a PCIe 3.0 x2 slot. No it won't run at full speed. If you want that from your Samsung 970 Evo, you will need to look into a B460 chipset board.
No. It will work at half the advertised speed because your motherboard only has a PCIe x2 interface for the M2 slot.
1 x M.2 connector (Socket 3, M key, type 2242/2260/2280 SATA and PCIe x2 SSD support)

spec sheet says the above.

I think the 970 Evo Plus is third gen, so no.

so is there any other nvme that it will work better with my motherboard or the samsung 970 evo plus is my best choice even it well not run at full speed?

Your motherboard port is the limiting factor.

A PCIe 3.0 x2 drive will be no "faster" than a PCIe 3.0 x4 drive like that Samsung.

What you should really be chasing is reliability.
There, Saamsung is the general winner.

Yeah i already know that now thanks to you, but should you recommend me another nvme or samsung 970 is just fine?

What if i used sata SSD instead of Nvme?
