Will this old PC be able to run games?

I just acquired 13 (approximately 9 of them are actually fully functional) HP Compaq Dc5800 Small Form Factor PCs. I believe it would not be too hard to add 8GB 800Mhz RAM, 750GB HDD, and an RX 550 totaling ~$135. If that's the case, could a Core 2 Duo E8400 + Rx 550 run modern games at low-medium settings 50+ fps? My biggest concern is power, as the included PSU is 240w and they are fairly old PCs. They came from a school district. However, the rx 550 pulls power directly from the motherboard. This is good because I don't need to buy an extra PSU, but I don't know if the motherboard can handle it.

in a sff with a small psu? not possible

the 1030 uses less watts and is faster than the rx550, i know that 1030 is faster because i have one here, i bought it after checking most benchmarks and comparisons that showed the 1030 to be cheaper, faster and consume less watts than the rx550

also you have a sff case, you need the 1030 that is almost only sff in all brands offering it, not all rx550 is sff

The Rx 550 would give me better performance. I think upgrading to quad would be too much money and effort. If I overclock the dual core, I can still get a decent gaming rig out of it. I'm just looking for confirmation. Would you buy the list I layed out in PCPP for $200?

Overclocking on most pre-built PCs is not allowed by the BIOS. HP doesn 't want the support headache that would come from allowing those computers to be overclocked..
