Solution
Your CPU and GPU will overclock extremely well, permitting your PSU can handle such a task, and provided that your cpu/gpu cooling is up to the task of OCing you wish to reach.

So, as a short answer, yes!

For a long answer, we would suggest liquid coolers, a new PSU, and maybe a higher end Mobo.

What part are you overclocking? You don't have an after market CPU cooler so you would most likely be limited by temps. (I have my FX 6100 at 3.9 on the stock cooler) For the GPU you have a Non Reference cooler so you should be able to overclock until the GPUs limit.

ill answer all of you here. i do plan on getting atleast a 600w power supply because im rated at i belive 348 watts but with overclocking im not sure how much it will jump on me. this is my max budget right now but i do plan on getting a better mobo in the future, sooner than later. probably the sabertooth. my case can hold 6 fans and i want to put a cooler on my cpu of course but im not sure wht a good cheap one is. i hear things from different people but who knows. honestly cheaper is better

Also you may not need a Aftermarket cooler. When you get the PC check you're CPU temps, and if under load it stays around 50 degrees C then you have some headroom. My FX 6100 @ 3.9 (Stock is 3.3) doesn't go above 65 degrees with the stock cooler when stress testing.

that cooler is decently priced and i have actually heard good things about that one anyway. i will have to get it. now when i do a stress test what is a good program to use? i have heard of a few different ones

I use Prime95.
