Will this overheat/be very loud/lose performance?

Hey all,
I am purchasing a used gtx 970 blower/reference. It has a little bit of dust apparently and my case is a cooler master masterbox lite 3.1. I also have no io shield... Im nervous about losing performance and killing a component in my system... will any of this happen? Thanks!

No worries about inside since all reference cards are working like this:

For a dust i recommend compressed air.
