Will this PC be able to run most titles

This is my build below, I am just wanting to know if you all think this will be a good build for running games on high with 30+ fps. I am pretty new to this PC stuff so I will appreciate any help.

Processor - Intel Core i5 Quad Core Processor i5-4690k (3.5GHz)
Motherboard - Gigabyte Z97X Gaming 3
Memory (RAM) - 8GB Kingston DDR3 1600MHz
Graphics Card - 2GB GEFORCE GTX 960
Hard Disk - 1TB 3.5" SATA-III 6GB/s
Power Supply - CORSAIR 450W VS SERIES
Operating System - Windows 7 64-bit

I plan to buy a 1080p monitor but I am undecided at the moment.

Yes it should be fine IMO, if your budget can strech a bit then a 970 would be better, if it cant go that far then an R9 280 has better performance than a 960 but I understand if you dont want to switch to AMD

Seems ok to me, yes it can run games pretty much maxed out (maybe some extra stuff like AA could be lowered on some games) 1080p 30+ fps (idk about Witcher 3 tho maybe medium-high).
If you plan to overclock that CPU I would get more powerful PSU. 550-600W would be enough.
