There is no need to buy an i7 for the tasks you listed, an i5 will do plenty. You also had room for a gc, which you didn't list in your original build. True, you don't need one csgo and minecraft, the hd 530 is readily enough for them, but having the 970 is assurance that you can play any game. If you want something less pricey, here is alternative less graphically intense build:

I also changed the monitor on both builds, the one you had listed was ok, but this asus is much better. Those two builds are all around great "gaming" machines, they'll chomp through anything you throw at them at 1080p.

But if you REALLY want to stay under budget, and only plan on playing mc and csgo, there is a much cheaper alternative:

As stated, this last build will do all 3 of those things that you listed with great performance, it just doesn't have the added benefit of being able to run the latest and great games on their highest settings. But for all intents and purposes, you won't see any "lag" when streaming and playing either of those games.
