Will this PC be enough?

I was wondering if this rig was enough to play,and record GTA SA at full settings at 1280x720 or 1440x900

Processor:Intel Dual Core G4400 - 2 core 2 threads @ 3.3 GHZ
Graphics card:AMD R7 250 - 1 GHZ @ GDDR5
Ram:8 gigs
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H110M-DS2V
