Will this pc be good for gaming? And can i boot a windows disc with a external cd player via usb?

Hey guys!
Iv been putting together a pc build and this will be my first pc build EVER! Im so excited!
Anyway, Im wondering if this build will be good for games like COD, Rust, Arma3...

Also, when I get all these parts my case does not support a optical drive so, I am wondering If my motherboard will boot windows disc from a external USB DVD player.. If so PLEASE tell me!!

-Changed the cpu from i5 4690 to the unlocked i5 4690k for overclocking
-changed motherboard to msi z97 pc mate since it supports crossfire
-changed video card to sapphire nitro r9 390 8gb
-changed power supply becuase it was bad, to a decent 850w one so if you want to add another r9 390 😉

About the os, you can just buy an external optical drive, they sell it for 10-20 dollars.. if you have a key, you can download the iso on a usb drive, but if you bought a cd, like I said just get an external optical drive
