Hmm... only you can access that PCPartPicker link, link on Reddit Markup and copy-paste it here.

Do you want this PC to do only recording ie, will you playing on a separate PC or on the same PC.

My recommendations:

1) Try to get the i5-3570K if you want to overclock.

2) The CPU cooler is crap, you should get a Cooler Master 212 EVO at the very least.

3) You wont need 16GB of ram for gaming, 8GB is more than enough for gaming (even video editing in most cases).

4) The Cooler Master HAF 912 will be a better case in the same price range but I recommend a Fractal Design Define R4 or NZXT Phantom 410 for 50$ more

5) A Corsair TX650 V2 power supply will be a better option for just 5$ more.

Hi, i'm NOT an Nvidia fanboy but if you are going to do YouTube videos, like me, Nvidia have this great thing on GeForce experience called ShadowPlay. It's a free capture software which does not affect any of your frame rate and can record 1080p videos with small file sizes. Alot of really big YouTubers use this such as Pwnstar4hire, JackFrags and FrankieOnPCIn1080p. :)

I believe FrankieonPCin1080p uses Dxtory to record his gamesplays. Also, shadowplay affects your FPS but significantly less when compared to other softwares.

FrankieOnPCIn1080p used to use Dxtory but he now uses ShadowPlay but some times he'll use Dxtory because it isn't compatible with all games.
