[SOLVED] Will this PC build be quiet and stable?

Hi I'm trying to build a PC that is optimized for working in VR. I was wondering if these specs would make for a quiet and stable PC. Any recommendations for better hardware would be appreciated!

That's a beast of a system. No problem at all running any VR title.
