Will this PC build play at 60 fps at ultra in nvidia 3d vision??

hello
i was reading online and i discovered that when playing a game in 3d ( nvidia 3d vision ) , there is loss in fps upto 50%, is this true...and will this rig play games like crysis 3 at 1080p at 60fps in ultra in 3d?? what should i change??

Crysis 3 is a monster of a game, it is waste of money trying to max it out. NVidia 3D is a gimmick.
Pick up 4670,770 4GB and 16GB DDR3 1600mhz and any SSD, Samsung is best.
You'll game on 1080p display comfortably.

I have a GTX 690 and even I can't max all games on ultra with 3D vision @ 60 FPS.

So I would suggest getting a Titan black and add SLI if necessary.

The huge amount of V-ram will be needed.
