We could change the SSD to 240GB, and get a different brand GPU.

It looks good but if you can afford it, I would get a 380X graphics card and go with the smaller Corsair case since you're using a Micro-ATX MB. I also would add a 2-pack of Corsair fans for the intakes - they'll add a nice touch.

Newer CPU architecture.

I love the case idea since it will make the actual building so much easier. Just following up if I am not really super into pc gaming and I wanna try out the semi-cheaper graphic cards and maybe upgrade in the future will this card do well. Also will the already provided case fan and cpu fan be enough? Thanks.

The regular 380 will be fine. No, the rear fan won't be enough. Chances are your system will get too hot without fresh air being brought into the case and would very likely overheat or severely throttle.

Personally I'd go with two. The lower one will cool down your drives in the drive cage and the higher one would cool the GPU and surrounding components. I would only go with one if you weren't going to use the lower drive cage.

I highly recommend sticking with the 600W one in case you decide to do future upgrades and need more power. It's also more efficient.
