Will this PC build work?

Will i have bottleneck with this build? and will it be able to run at 1440p with good fps?

If you haven't already bought it, get rid of the 212 EVO cooler and get a Noctua DH-14. It's a much better cooler than the frequently picked Corsair.

Because 144Hz just add's frames to the monitor. Optimal 1440p resolution would be better suited to a 60Hz.

Have not bought the build yet planning on buying everything next week but the Monitor as i got that for christmas. Do you think i would be able to fit a cpu cooler as big as the DH?

This assessment has been made by assuming completely max settings on the latest titles, even max AA, which is the expected setting for a graphics card of this magnitude. People are reporting just barely 100Hz.

Oh i see but will i still be able to play on high - ultra while maintaining good frame rate?

You should. Just set your monitor to 1080p resolution instead of 1440p.

Bigbadbeef is right though in the respect that you're unlikely to pull 144fps on 'any' game.
Its a gsync monitor & nvidia adaptive vsync will do a good job of smoothing missing frames.
That will be some gaming rig mate ,make no mistake.
