Will this pc build work?

I'm new to pc builds and pc's in general and I want to know if these parts will be compatible and run smoothly. My parts are:

•Seagate Constellation ES ST3500514NS 500GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Enterprise Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive

that all will work, the only think I question is the enterprise hard drive, but that is not bad to say...

that's true, I was looking for a reliable hdd or a sdd, but the sdd's were too expensive and the other hdd's were not reliable. Do you have any suggestions?

the standard Segate barracuda or WD blue is fine for a desktop and will cost less, and really is more than solid enough for the job. unless you plan to get more and RAID it is not worth it.

WD Blue or Black are very reliable.

Xeon E3-1231 V3 is a 4770 with no integrated graphics and will run you about $60 cheaper.

^ indeed, and frankly who needs that anyway? Intel should offer all chips with out it. so I just bought a 4690K I need that video now... ??? who buys a gaming chip like that and uses integrated?

Exactly, that's why I steer as many people as I can, those who aren't going to overclock, to the Xeon. It just makes sense but most people never consider it. I guess i kind of understand since previous Xeons had a different socket.
