I'm building a pc, at my home i already have the videocard, hdd, and ssd.

Will this build work, and can it run games like, league of legends? GTA V low/medium etc..

For games like GTA V you need at least 8Gb RAM. Get a 2x4Gb RAM kit and make sure its on the motherboard QVL list, Ryzen can be very picky with RAM.
