So i dont really knowmuch about pc building, adn was wondring if this build works, And if its good enough to run games like Rainbow 6 siege, and other fps games.

Possibly, as partpicker has warned you that CPU is newer than the motherboard. It may not boot without a BIOS update. As long as you are capable of getting a hold of a Ryzen 1000 or 2000 chip to do that, or take it to a local computer shop to do so, then that isn't a big deal. If not, then you can apply for AMD's upgrade kit:

Everything else should be fine. A very decent system.
