Will this PC get 120+ fps on a game called Geometry Dash? I have a 144hz monitor

I want to know if this pc will get 100+ fps on a game called geometry dash. (A three pound game) I have a 144hz monitor.

do you think i could get a more or less consistent 144fps, even if I have to lower the resolution a bit? I have a very old PC and I was able to get consistent 120fps on a very low res, around 800x800 i think. If you have a suggestion for a PC for this please say thanks.
