I am currently building a pc I currently have put together the part list of what I want to get for the PC. My only concern is intel says up to 2666mhz ram works with their i5 8600k I have 3000mhz ram (it’s the ram in the list) that’s my only concern. Thank your for your time reading this here is the list https://pcpartpicker.com/list/WkNNGG

Yes that build is compatible.

The max memory speed officially supported by intel is 2666mhz on the 8600k, anything over 2666mhz is technically considered overclocking. That said a 3000mhz kit should work fine on your system just enable XMP in the BIOS.
