Will this pc run dead rising 3

I am getting dead rising 3 and wanted to know if my pc could run it with smooth fps specs

GPU sapphire r9 270 2gb

CPU x4 750k 3.4ghz

RAM 8gb

OS Windows 8.1

you might have to overclock your gpu to 1050 mhz, to meet minimum sys requirements, but besides that you are fine. Your gpu memory clock is fine too btw.
