Solution
Go with a 2700x, and get a faster GPU. Gaming, especially at 1440p, the GPU matters quite a bit more.

Thank you for your suggestion. I have always used Intel for the last 10 years and never had an issue with it, but I haven’t got a chance to use AMD. Do you think it is necessary for me to switch to AMD because, for example, it is more powerful, or are they both the same? If so, Intel is always my first choice.
 


Solid build, but I would go with a RTX 2080 and i9 9900K, but the 9700K will work fine also.
