Will this pc run games?

GPU: Windforce GTX 970 G1 Gaming
CPU: AMD Fx 8320 BlackEdition
RAM: 8gb Corsair Vengeance
CPU Cooler: NOT DECIDED YET
PSU: Corsair CX650
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P

I know that the cpu is not the best but this is my existing rig and i was wondering if it can run most new games at ultra 50+ fps?

Your 970 won't get bottle necked at all with that CPU its more than fine. Although unless you are doing a custom water loop you won't need a full tower case. So yes you will be able 1080p at 60FPS.
