Will this pc run GTA 5, need advice fast!

Hello, i wanna know is my friend will be able to run gta 5 on 1920x1080 resolution, graphics doesnt matter, and mostly he will play online. Here are the specs:

CPU: AMD FX-4300 Quad Core proccessor
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GT 730
RAM: 8,2 GB ram
OS: Windows 7
