Hello, I dont know if this is the right place to ask, but well !

My PC Requirements:
Windows 7
Processor - Intel (R) Core (TM) i5-2450M CPU@2.50GHz (4CPUs)
RAM - 6:00 GB
System type - 64-bit
Approx. Total Memory: 1696 MB

The question - Will this PC run GTA V !

Solution
One thing though. Your i5-2450M processor isn't DX11 compatible. I know that generally most games at the moment are configured to run on DX9, with enhanced features for DX11 but there is a possibility by the time GTA V is released on PC it may be DX11 only.
100% speculation and i'm sure the modding community will find some way of running the game on older systems anyway. Anyone remember Oblivion and OLDblivion? 😀
Welcome to the forums!

Unless your laptop has a fairly decent dedicated graphics chip; no, it will probably not run GTA 5.

The minimum system requirements I have found online point to nVidia 7900/ATI X1900 class performance as being the minimum required.
Your HD 3000 is unfortunately quite a bit less powerful than either of these.

You havent listed your GPU? But either way, Rockstar havent even confirmed GTA V is coming to PC yet so its impossible to know the specs. There are hints that they are going to port it to pc so likelihood, yes it will run. It will look terrible and run slowly, but it will run.

I've got a PhII 965BE at 3.8GHz (IMC/NB at 2400MHz) with an XFX HD7870 2GB DD at 1100/1300 ... I get 55-56 FPS on GTA IV with detail maxed.

If there is a GTA V, I suspect your mobile processor will struggle, especially if you are running the HD3K graphics. I believe it's safe in saying, "It's a crappy console port" that will suck-up all the PC hardware you can throw at it.

Define "run" for me; I doubt the HD3000/GT525m isn't supported. But you would be talking lowest possible settings.

Also, GTAV hasn't been announced for the PC yet.

More than "run" it will "walk" it, in a long and slow cart drive through the Atacama's Desert. About the PC release, i think it would be really naive to think Rockstar people will miss PC user's wallet.
