Will this pc run the division ?

Will this pc run the division, bf4, and similar games at high graphics at around 60 fps ?
Specs:
ASUS H81M-DPLUS MATXMOTHERBOARD or GIGABYTEGA-F2A88XM-HD3 MATXMOTHERBOARD ( which one should i take )
PENTIUM G3258 or ATHLON 760K ( which one should i take ? )
Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2x4gb)
WDBLUE 1TB HDD
POWERCOLOR RADEON R9280 TURBODUO GPU
COOLERMASTERN200 MATXCASE
ROSEWILLARC650 650W 80+BRONZEPSU
And also, from which site should i buy it from ? I'm really a pc noob, so any help is appreciated.
PS. I've seen some videos on how to attach the components inside the case, but is it the same way with different components ?
PSS. Please reply fast
PSSS.Also, if you know components that are better than these and cheaper, do tell. ( my budget is 500 dollars)

get the G3258 and if you want to OC the CPU then get a z97 board you can later update to an i5 4690k .

And yes when the game is released then you can surely play it with good FPS.

No z97 is costly than the h81.
