You have selected the i7 version that cannot be overclocked. I would spend the extra for the "k" version of the i7. Either that, or save money and don't get an overclocking motherboard.
I would definitely invest in an SSD as well at least for your OS. If your budget is limited, drop down to an i5 CPU--you will get the same performance as an i7 in just about every game.
I would also wait on buying the GTX 970: it's a great card, but with the 1070 about to launch, you should either be able to get a much better card for not much more or get the 970 for less.
