Will this PC specs run Battlefield 3?

So I wanna play Battlefield 3.. But I'm not sure if this specs will run it smoothly on medium to high settings.
Here are the specs:

cpu: i3 2120 3.3 Ghz
gpu: Gainward GTX 550 Ti Golden Sample 1 GB/192 bit ddr5
psu: Cooler Master Extreme Power plus 500 watts
mobo: Asus P8H61 M LX
ram: G.skill Ares 2x4gb 1333mhz DDR3

If you have suggestions please reply to this thread.
I don't need the case and the hard drives cause I already have those.

Budget range for those 5 components will be from $300-$400

It should, it certainly won't have 60 fps on ultra but it should manage well.
