Will this PC work? Are these components compatible?

I am going to buy new mobo, ram, cpu and gpu and i am not sure if it will work together.
Will 2400mHz ram work on with only 2133mHz compatible mobo?
Will all components work well together?

PSU: Corsair TX750W
Motherboard: MSI H110M PRO-VD
CPU: Intel Core i5-6500
RAM: HyperX DDR4 Fury Black, 8GB, 2400MHz
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 750Ti FTW ACX 2GB
HDD: WD Blue WD10EZEX

It should work with the memory defaulting to 2133.
A bunch of overkill on the power supply but being the TX I guess you already have that or it's used because it's a old model.
