Will this PC work for gaming and simulation?

Hello,

I have put together a list of parts for my first gaming pc.(link below).

I am quite a newbie when it comes to hardware. I mainly play simulator games(like modded fsx, trainsim, etc.) and some AAA titles when they launch. All at 1080p 60Hz

I have heard many times that simulators are mainly cpu bound so I decided to go with a non-k i7 instead of a K series i5.

I have selected a gtx 1070 because I won't be upgrading this annually or even after 2 years. So, I needed something that could handle 1080p even after a few years.

Please, can anyone guide me if I need to change anything or suggest a better list.
