Will This PC Work With The Oculus Rift?

Hi guys. I'm planning on buying a PC with these specs:

This is all from ibuypower.com and I am purchasing an Intel B85 Configurator. I am wondering if this will be able to run the Oculus Rift well. I know it is not a Nvidia 980, but will it run just as fine with this? Thank you.

It's below the recommended requirements, but if you turned down the settings, possibly.

The GPU has to be powerful enough to run 1 display at 120hz/FPS because the occulus splits that into 2 60FPS displays, one for each eye.

A 960 and i5 can get 120+ FPS on quite a few games at lowered settings though.
