Will this PC work?

I got an Nvidia GTX 960 (PCI Express 3.0), and I want to know if it matches with this PC:
Windows 10 pro, AMD a10-6800k 4. 10ghz, 8gb ram hyperx ddr3, motherboard gaming gigabyte ga-f2a88xm-d3h, seagate barracuda 1tb 7200rpm 2017.

- AMD Phenom II x4 840 3.20Ghz
- 8 GB DDR3
- Motherboard ASRock N68-GE3
- Pwer supply 650w
- HDD 500GB
- Windows 10

Yes it does, provided you have the right power supply and that it fits into your case. Would be useful if you mentioned these components as well.
EDIT: These systems will be functional, provided that the 650w power supply is a decent unit.

Do not buy any of these second hand, especially the second. They are both outdated. The gtx960 will match with the a10 6800k for gaming, but the phenom is kinda weak. My suggestion is keep your money and get a new setup.

The power supply is very low-quality. You should get a new one. The case is fine though.

Nope, avoid it at all costs. Your PC won't pull much wattage from the wall so even a decent 450w should be fine. Get a product from a trustable brand like corsair, seasonic, evga, etc.
