Will this phone work with this router?

I am looking to purchasing a new router, which needs a new type of phone. So I was wondering if this router would accept this phone. Just to clarify, since ill be using this as a VoIP phone it will plug into one of the LAN ports at the back of the router. Is the WAN port for the internet service from the street?

What ISP? Do they supply you a modem/gateway? What's your bandwidth like?

ROUTER: Asus AC3100 RT-AC88U
PHONE: Cisco SPA 301 1-Line IP Phone SIP SIP v2 & SPCP
VoIP Service: NodePhone
ISP: Internode
Internet Speed: 4mbit/s = 500kilobytes/s
Bandwidth/Storage: 200GB plan

That router should support their service. It seems a bit overkill though, especially for a 4 down 0.5 up connection. You'll be able to set QoS setting though to prioritize the ports they use.

Thanks for your reply, that internet speed is for our current location, the internet will be significantly faster where we are going
