Will this play BF4

Solution
The 260x is an overclocked 7790 with performance on par with the GTX 560 from early 2011, which should handle medium high settings in BF4 so that should be no problem

Even the 7770 is capable of medium settings so high settings for the 260x isn't a problem at 1080p, considering that it's around 30% quicker than the 7770

The 760k is an entry level CPU, fairly capable once overclocked but you're definitely limited by the FM2 socket's limited upgradability

2GB of VRAM is enough at 1080p, you'd want more if you're going beyond that

Seeing that most 280x cards are out of stock right now, you could definitely consider getting an FX 6300, a decent cooler, decent 990FX mobo and a GTX 770 or 280x (if you can still find one in stock), an...
At best you will be able to achieve very low settings in BF4. The 260x is basically the HD 7770 which was an entry level contender nearly 2 years ago. Your CPU is very likely to bottlekneck you quickly.

My suggestion is to upgrade your CPU and go for an HD7870 (270x) or better. The 7870 is capable of running BF4 at high/max settings, but your CPU will still be an issue.

If you would like to enjoy your BF4 experience I would recommend:

FX8350 ($200) + R9-290 ($400) you can run that on ultra no problem up to %130 resolution around 80 FPS and up very smooth

or

FX6300($100) + R9-280 ($300) this you can run on high-ultra (no MSAA) and should average 60 FPS on %100 resolution and dipping down to 30s when too much action.

I don't recommend any video card with less than 3GB for BF4

The next level down from those cards would be the GTX 760 and Radeon 7950, you could find some nice deals for them online if you look around

It all depends on your budget really, this build should run it on high settings with little to no problems
