ty will i have any compatibility issues using the gtx 960 with the 8320 ? just want to make sure before i buy gtx 960

With the UD3P, you can probably get that 8320 to 4.5 GHz pretty easily. I have never heard of that cooler, but hopefully it does the job as well as others on the market for that price.

One suggestion: change the PSU for a Seasonic 520 S12II or XFX 550W.

I agree with dudeman. I higher qaulity PSU is always a good investment. Inwould also sub the cooler with the cooler master hyper 212 evo. Its a well known cooler with a unbeatable rep.

Ya never use a cx on a gaming rig. Usually a quality t1 or t2 for gaming / oc and a t3 for a base system.
