Hi everyone so I would like to know if this is a good quality PSU and if it will power a AMD R9 290 or an GTX 780
Link http://www.coolermaster.com/powersupply/gxii-series/gxii-750w/

Thanks

No, the reference cards run really hot and throttle a ton, you would be better off getting a new gtx 770 for that price.
GTX 770's can be SLI'd on a 750w PSU, I don't think Coolermaster make high quality PSUs but i may be wrong and that could be a good one, someone else will have to do the research - I don't have time right now.

So is it bad if the card was used for mining I mean will the card at least last 2 years?
The seller also says that the card was only used for about a month
I dont Think It will run that hot I currently have a GTX 660 Gigabyte with 2 fans it stays around 30º C and the fan stays at about 40% I Also have 5 fans In my case for good airflow

Look of any review of the reference r9 290/r9 290x... they all run really hot (like 90c+) and throttle down to like 700Mhz... Its the reference 290/290x not reference cards in general...

Yea only one problem:Amazon doesnt ship to south Africa
And isnt the r9 290 a bunch better rhan the 770 in fps

Maybe the non-reference ones that keep the card cool enough to perform at max clocks... but the reference models throttle down (about a -20% performance) they are also loud and run pretty constant right around 90c (under load).
