Will this power my gpu?

hi, im in need of a new psu but im not sure if my choice is good, it is for a HIS HD 2900XT.
here are the specs of the psu i plan to get, brand is CIT, will it power the radeon card?

+3.3V +5V +12V1 +12V2 -12V +5VSB
28A 30A 18A 18A 0.3A 2.5A
600 W

i went for the 700w model just to be on safe side with dual 21amp 12v rails and it seems ok

i got the next model up to be safe as cit are cheap psu's really, so far so good, played crysis for an hour
