Will this power supply be enough for me?

Hello there,

I am building my PC for the first time. I have decided on these components and wondering if an Antec NeoHE 430w would be enough to power this system? Or should I go for the Antec NeoHE 500w PSU? Also feel free to provide recommendations on this build, but I really don't want to spend anymore than I needed to.

My components are listed below:
CPU: Intel Q9400 2.66GHz with Zalman CNPS 9700 cooler (planning to OC to ~3.2-3.4Ghz)
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3L
RAM: CORSAIR 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR2 800 (TWIN2X4096-6400C5)
GFX: Sapphire 4850HD 512MB Toxic
HDD: Western Digital Green Power 1TB SATA 7200rpm
Case: Cooler Master CM690
DVD: Asustek DRW-2014L1T Serial-ATA DVD Writer

I use antec, but my favorite is a superflower 450w due to it's 140mm fan. Xclio has a 460w stablepower at newegg for $44.95 that you may want to look at; gets mixed reviews but has the extra large fan.

So the 430w power supply is enough? I checked the Antec Power Supply calculator and it says I need well over 600w :/
