Will this power supply be enough?

Hello, this is my first computer build and i was wondering if the
Seasonic M12II 620W would be enough for all this,

Intel Core i3 3220 Dual Core CPU
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo CPU cooler
Gigabyte Z77-D3H motherboard
Corsair Vengeance Blue Lowprofile 8GB 2X4GB RAM
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 660 OC 1033MHZ GPU
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB HDD
LG GH24NS72 24X SATA Internal DVD Writer
Cooler Master R4-L2R-20AC 120mm Blue LED Case Fan 2000RPM im getting 5 of these
NZXT Sentry MESH 30W Fan Controller

Im really not confident that 620w is enough for all this, should i get a 750w power supply?
As this is my first computer build, i really am open to anything that you might think is incompatible/bad choice etc.

Perfectly fine. Will run an OC'd I5 and OC'd HD7950 with ease...

But why are you getting an aftermarket CPU cooler if your CPU will be locked???

The 5 fans and fan controller are overkill aswell if you won't overclock. Rather take that money towards an SSD or I5 3570K

More than enough a decent 550 would do that with room to spare.

Question though... any reason for the Z77 board? As your CPU can't be OC'd you could save a bit getting a H77 board

Also you probably dont need that many fans for that build
