Will this power supply do the job?

I was building my first gaming rig, and it has had a lot of changes... Today, i saw the gtx 980 in an awesome discount , its a pny gtx 980, 165tdp, im from mexico, the card is in about, 7100 pesos, which is like...399 Dollars .

I cant really spend a lot more, am looking on what parts of my pc i can tweak in order to stay in my budget limites.

So i saw a very well reviewed psu, and its in the tier 1 here , its the cooler master v550 plus gold,550 watts, so it really fits my budget pretty well, here in mexico we dont have any seasonic, antec or xfx psus, at least in all the websites i have look out for, so i wanted to know if this psu will do the job, things to say about this:

Cpu: i5 4440 intel
motherboard: Gigabyte g1 sniper b6
Case: Still trying to decide
HDD: West digital caviar blue 1 tb
Cpu cooler: hyper 212 evo
Ram: Hyper x fury 2x4 gb = 8 gb ram at 1600 mhz

So , thats all, i am not going to overclock, neither will i do a sli.

Yes, it will do the job.
Your PC will consume less than 250w most of the time.
In some rear peak loads it might reach 300-350w.
