[SOLVED] Will this power supply have any issues feeding my rig?

Here is my rig as of currently:

QX9650 (I want to O.C.)
GTX 960 2gb
ASUS P5Q-SE

And, here is the power supply I have been looking at: PSU

Do you think it will supply adequate wattage? Or do I need to pay more money? The price of the power supply is about my budget, I may be able to do 10 dollars more, give or take but I want to keep in in that range. Does the power supply I am looking at have a good reputation? Will my system be pulling about 50% of the PSU's juice at full load?

If you could answer these questions, that would be great, thanks.

The 960 can run on a good quality 400W. 550W is MORE than enough.

It's not a high end PSU, but should be perfectly suitable for that rig.

If this is referring to the 50% efficiency argument, it's less relevant nowadays. Yes PSUs are generally less efficient at full loads than at half loads, but the efficiency curve is much flatter nowadays. If you're concerned about noise however, you'd probably just want a better PSU, one made for being quiet.
