Will this power supply run my graphics card?

I have an old build with this power supply

I'm wondering if it could run my Radeon 7870?

Yeah, you shouldn't have any problem with that card at all.

The reason I was asking, is because on the reviews I'm seeing people say they couldn't run 9800GTXs in SLI, and I would've thought that would take less power than a single 7870 because of the age difference.

It's actually the other way round. Performance goes up over time whereas power usage goes down (or efficiency goes up, whichever way you wanna look at it).
