Will this PSU be enough for CrossfireX HD 7970s?

Solution
Those Rosewills are OK. They're better that some of their older, value PSUs, which aren't really good, but not their top of the lines.

The Rosewills that are excellent are the Lightning/Capstone/Tachyon PSUs, which are Super Flower-built (an extremely reputable manufacturer). I'm using a Capstone semi-modular myself in my general gaming rig. You obviously should be using one anyway, but a surge protector is necessary as the Super Flowers tend to omit the MOV. That's not as big a deal as it sounds, it's something you expect to find in the highest end PSUs (which you do uniformly in the Tier 1s), but your surge protector's protections here are really what you care about. I have a I5 4440 for a CPU so not very power hungry. In total my PC would draw around 530w so a 750w is definitely enough.

PSU calculators can give a rough estimate, but a lot of them are usually off. A single 7970 draws 250w, so two of them would draw 500w, assuming you don't overclock it. An i5-4440 draws 84w, totaling to 584w. That gives you a bit of headroom for other components. When you add in other components, you'll probably be drawing about ~650w assuming you don't overclock anything.
If you do want a 750w psu, you'll be better off with this unit: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207015&cm_re=xfx_750w-_-17-207-015-_-Product
It's only $5 more after rebate and is a great quality unit.

I thought that the HD 7970s TDP was 220w
