Will a FSP Raider 550watts 80Plus SILVER Power Supply be sufficient enough? Please answer with a yes or no. I only have limited budget being a student and this is the only available good PSU (imo) in my area since the others are made by HEC Cougar Thanks.

Yup, it'll be fine. FSP have an OK reputation (better than HEC), and it's not a stressful system. Certainly not an explosive hazard, just you might want to run it through a surge protector.
