I don't plan on overclocking. Thinking about usuing the corsair 500w but not sure if it will be enough. Is it?

With a good branded psu, 500w will be enough

Yep Yep the corsair will run that setup fine with some room to spare your pcpartpicker build is rated at 374 watts so you should be good to go and I own a 500 watt corsair now for over a year runs sweet hope this helps.
