Will this psu be enought?

I5 4670k 3.4 ghz ( i will be overclocking to 4.2 ghz maybe)
Corsair vengance 2x4 1600mhz
Western digital 1tb
Noctua nhu14s
Seasonic m12ii 650 watts (and if its not enough i will be going for the 750 watt version)

Please let me know as fast as you the professional can.

Yep. Enough for some overclocking and some other light upgrades.

you will be fine and seasonic has clean power so overclocking should be g2g if you would be going for heavy overy clocking the gd45 vrms can get hot you can get a better board in your price range

But guys remember that i have a Sentey arvina 6400 black and its size is really big, it haves 6 fans so i was wondering if its going to be a problem.. ill choose the awnser to the first that awnsers

fans only draw 4-6w you will be fine even with 8 fans it is still less than 50w power draw.
