Will this PSU be good enough for a GTX 970 Reference?

Solution
It is not the best of psu's, but it will be able to provide enough amps to feed the GTX 970. It feeds 42 amps on the 12 volt line, GTX 970 needs 28 amps.
I love how the best answer selected contains misinformation.

The GTX970 does not need 28 amps.

12-22A depending on the specific card. Different manufactures have them configured with different design power limits.

A true reference edition would be ~12A.

The card itself does not need 28 amps, that is true. Unfortunately a computer does need to power up all its components, not only the videocard. So if your psu only delivers say 20 amps or 25 amps and your i5/GTX 970 system is failing during full load, you will know why you need 28 amps, even more if you're overclocking.

"GTX 970 needs 28 amps."

The statement clearly doesn't say "system" it says "GTX970" and even if given the benefit of the doubt, the current required on the 12V rail for the system, excluding the GTX970, could be anywhere from 4A to 36A or more depending on the hardware configuration.

A "system" with a GTX970 in it, could require anywhere from 16 - 58A or more on the 12V rail.
