Yeah it will fit, but that's a terrible power supply. I can tell just by seeing a 115/230v selector on the back of it. That means no PFC. Maybe 10 years ago that would be acceptable but for a modern power supply to not have PFC is a joke. Also looking at the specs, they say it's a "GOLD" power supply but with 76% efficiency. TERRIBLE. The Gold standard requires 87%-90% efficiency. Don't buy it.

Yeah, that PSU will likely fry your computer the second you turn it on. Stick with Antec, XFX, Corsair, Seasonic.

That one is much better. It is still only really an average quality unit but it will not likely fry your computer. It should be perfectly fine.

Actually a cx600 failed and ruined my first build a while ago, and they didn't do anything besides offer me a new cx600 or my money back. But don't let that scare you, I had a first shipment cx600 and they are supposed to be better now.

Hmm maybe it's their higher end models then. I had a buddy with a AX760 fry his components and Corsair replaced everything.

I do know that they have amazing customer support if you buy something decently expensive. I had to RMA a 16gb RAM kit on a build I was doing for a friend and they asked if I needed it fast and they said they would be more than happy to ship it next business day and as long as I mailed the dead RAM back within 15 days they would not charge me anything. That was GREAT.

You know what, I thought about it, I have a really hard time recommending a CX500 when this is the same price.
